MapServe 1.5 implements several new features and bug fixes from version 1.0. All of these are documented in the "Version History" file included with this archive. To learn how to use the new features, please read through the Documentation in "documentation.html", which can be loaded up through any World Wide Web browser, and can also be found online at the MapServe home page (http://www.spub.ksu.edu/other/machttp_tools/mapserve/).
Please read the "User License" document which contains the end user license for MapServe.
